Return/Exchange

ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE OR A GIFTING EVENT. WE UNDERSTAND SOME TIME WILL ELAPSE BETWEEN A PURCHASE AND GIFTING EVENT, SO JUST EMAIL US TO GET THINGS SORTED.

 

Unichill accepts exchanges and returns for unworn/unsoiled items within 14 days of the purchase date, just send us an email to get the process rolling. Unichill will provide a full refund on proper returns. If you are on the fence with your purchase, please communicate with us to ensure expectations are met.

In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, Unichill will replace it at no charge.

Unichill covers the cost of exchanges and returns, but please pay attention to the size chart and email us for sizing support so we can ensure the best fit and product heads your way!

Apparel & accessories that have been soiled, worn, damaged or laundered, or smell like perfume or other odours cannot be taken back and resold. Any apparel or accessory that has been washed or put in water cannot be exchanged, returned and resold. We will not process any returns or exchanges that have been exposed to sun damage, chlorine, pool chemicals, and deviation from washing instructions or regular ware and tear. Remember, our products are primarily made up of fabrics, not steel, so over time and use they will deteriorate.

Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted. 

Product(s) returned must be in their original condition, including any tags and labels if applicable. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in unacceptable condition.
