Refund Policy

UNI is in business for comfort and customer service. We want you to be as comfy and confident as possible. If your UNI does not fit the desired way we are happy to exchange it for a different size. Please ship your UNI back to:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your UNI product is damaged in anyway when you receive it please take a photo - email the photo to info@unichillwear.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. From here we will determine what action to take.

Returns

ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE OR A GIFTING EVENT. WE UNDERSTAND SOME TIME WILL ELAPSE BETWEEN A PURCHASE AND GIFTING EVENT, SO JUST EMAIL US TO GET THINGS SORTED.

Unichill accepts exchanges and returns for unworn/unsoiled items within 14 days of the purchase date, just send us an email to get the process rolling. Unichill will provide a full refund on proper returns. If you are on the fence with your purchase, please communicate with us to ensure expectations are met.

In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, Unichill will replace it at no charge.

Unichill covers the cost of exchanges and returns, but please pay attention to the size chart and email us for sizing support so we can ensure the best fit and product heads your way!

Apparel & accessories that have been soiled, worn, damaged or laundered, or smell like perfume or other odours cannot be taken back and resold. Any apparel or accessory that has been washed or put in water cannot be exchanged, returned and resold. We will not process any returns or exchanges that have been exposed to sun damage, chlorine, pool chemicals, and deviation from washing instructions or regular ware and tear. Remember, our products are primarily made up of fabrics, not steel, so over time and use they will deteriorate.

Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted.

Product(s) returned must be in their original condition, including any tags and labels if applicable. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in unacceptable condition.

You can get your parcel ready to return online and save time. Please use this link so you can print your return shipping label from home. You only need to drop off your parcel at the post office afterwards.

Shipping

We strive to get you your products in a timely manner and typically ship orders within one business day. In Canada, we have provided discounted flat rate shipping options for Expedited, Xpresspost, and Priority mail. For US and Worldwide shipping, we established a partnership with DHL to get you your order quickly. US shipments usually take three business days through DHL Express Worldwide, our lowest cost option. Outside of North America, shipments usually take a week. We do not ship on weekends.
