A few things to know

We ship Monday through Friday, typically within one business day of your order.
We do not ship on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
Delivery times depend on origin and destination. Major urban centres receive parcels faster than remote areas.

Tracking and delays

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your package seems delayed or missing, email us at info@unichillwear.com with your order number and we will chase it up with the carrier.
