Ship it back
We'll confirm the return and share the shipping address. Pack the onesie unworn, tags on.
Refund or swap
Once it arrives and passes a quick check, we process your refund or send the new size out.
Comfort, confidence, real support
UNI is in business for comfort and customer service. We want you to be as comfy and confident as possible. If your UNI does not fit the desired way, we are happy to exchange it for a different size — just send us an email and we will get the process rolling.
Canadian returns & refunds
Unichill accepts exchanges and returns for unworn and unsoiled items within 14 days of the purchase date. Unichill covers the cost of Canadian exchanges and returns — just email us and we will send the return instructions.
Proper returns receive a full refund to the original payment method, processed within 3–5 business days of the return arriving and passing inspection.
International returns
For returns from the USA and worldwide, email us at info@unichillwear.com for instructions. Shipping costs for international returns are the customer's responsibility.
If something arrives wrong
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, Unichill will replace it at no charge.
If your UNI product is damaged in any way when you receive it, please take a photo and email it to info@unichillwear.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. From here we will determine what action to take.
What we can't take back
- Items that have been washed, soiled, worn, laundered, or smell like perfume or smoke
- Items damaged by sun exposure, chlorine, pool chemicals, or improper washing
- Items showing regular wear and tear
- Custom onesies and final-sale items
- Anything returned after 14 days without prior arrangement
Our products are primarily made up of fabrics, not steel — over time and use they will deteriorate, and we can't accept returns for that.
How to pack your return
Products must be returned in original condition with tags and labels attached. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please package well to prevent damage in transit.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — mention the size you want in your return email and we'll reserve it for you. If the new size is in stock, we can often ship it out before your return arrives.
Do you offer store credit?
We do. If you'd prefer credit instead of a refund, let us know in your return email and we'll issue a gift card for the full amount.
My onesie was a gift — can I still return it?
Yes. We understand gifting events take time, so just email us with the original buyer's name or order number and we'll get it sorted.
