We want you to be stoked on your purchase and will accept exchanges for unworn/unsoiled items within 14 days of purchase. We do not, however, offer full refunds – unless there is an extenuating circumstance that adheres to our policy. Merchandise returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will replace it at no charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returned merchandise and exchanges, so please select your sizing carefully when shopping. Shipping costs may vary.
Apparel & accessories that have been soiled, worn, damaged or laundered or smell like perfume or other odors cannot be taken back. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted. Any apparel or accessory that has been washed or put in water cannot be exchanged or returned.
Product(s) returned must be in their original condition, including any tags and labels. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We will not process any returns or exchanges that have been exposed to sunlight, chlorine, pool chemicals, and deviation from washing instructions or regular ware and tear. Remember, our products are primarily made up of fabrics, not rock.
